Top 7 Foods to Cut Out to Feel Better Fast with JJ VIRGIN! 2 WEEKS IN & IT ALREADY WORKS!

Okay, so I've been working on some minor diet, more so lifestyle changes when it comes to what I consume, because whether we like it or not, our beauty is related to what we consume, both spiritually and physically. I've already removed meat from my diet for the most part. I do have moments when I just got to have a burger, but it has to be a real burger, not some McDonald's clone burger, and hopefully it is. Unfortunately, unless you prepare it, you don't have a clue what we're eating.

But not to stir off course, I recently watched this video about 2 weeks ago, on one of my attempts to stay awake at work. Keep in mind, I don't workout, or have a scale, but the pants that were super tight, now have loosened up quite a bit. A noticeable bit! I've cut out foods that have High Fructose, potatoes(I've cut back on this, not removed totally, but now I bake them.) cheese that I have in small doses consider I'm obsessed with it, no cows milk, peanuts or peanut butter, but almond butter is fine, and gluten-free foods. So, to be honest, I haven't given up bread, not happening, but I have begun to purchase bread that is high in fiber, flaxseed and make with no High Fructose, which a lot of foods are made with. Being a huge chips and salsa eater, finding chips that are gluten-free is super easy, so that wasn't hard, it's just the price tag that hits you. Soon, I will go back to baking my own bread since it's going to cost less than paying $5 per loaf.
