How I Lost 1inch in ONLY 5 DAYS using this Waist Trainer!

I was curious about all the hype surrounding waist trainers from all the videos I've watched on YouTube. So you know I was VERY excited when sent me one of my very own last Friday. Of course, me being me, I was skeptical whether it would work or not. Usually, I'm the type of person that goes all in, or doesn't bother. My thought process is why go in half way and get half a** results.

Today was actually day 5 of walking 2 miles in my neighborhood. I don't do anything fancy. NO RUNNING, well, except for doing lunges since I'm also working to tone up my legs. No point in loosing weight, and still having flabby thighs. If I'm already out there, why not. I believe I only did 2 sets of 20 lunges, and that was it. Like I said, nothing special. I also finally stopped eating before 7pm, which is another way to loose weight quickly. That is one of the quickest ways for me to loose weight, stop eating after 7pm, really 6pm, but I'm getting there.

The other way to also loose weight is to place your serving of food in a bowl, which is the size of your stomach. This is a simple way to help your stomach shrink back down to it's normal size. It usually takes about a week for you to stop feeling as hungry as you normally would. Once that kicks in, your stomach will know when to stop eating because you will feel full before you finish your food.

Don't forget to add a protein shake in there after your workout for quick muscle rebuilding/recovery.
