Lemon Cucumber Blue & Black Berry Infused Water Recipe

Lately, I have been so inspired from the people who choose to share tips on Instagram. All I can say is "Thank You"! I learned how to make infused water from a simple image and chat over IG. The things you learn while on social media.

It's very simple to make. You can add whatever fruit and vegetables you want to water to give it flavor and let it infuse for 12 hours, than drink. This is great for those who dislike plain water but don't want to consume added sugars or unknown ingredients.
